FrontPage is a notoriously poor HTML editor. Besides, it has been retired by Microsoft. It has a reputation for producing non-standard compliant code and thoroughly messing with any formatting done by another editor. Although, I hear this got better with the latest version which reportedly does make XHTML compliant code. Many professional web developrs/designers don't use WYSIWYG editors, much less FrontPage. See Why Code By Hand for more info.
