T3 Technologies adheres to the following ethical standards;

  • to avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest whenever possible, and to disclose them to affected parties when they do exist

  • to not knowingly misrepresent facts and to be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data

  • to promote improvement of the understanding of technology, its appropriate application, and potential consequences

  • to maintain and improve technical competence and to undertake technological tasks for others only if qualified by training or experience, or after full disclosure of pertinent limitations

  • to seek, accept, and offer honest criticism of technical work, to acknowledge and correct errors, and to credit properly the contributions of others

  • to treat fairly all persons regardless of such factors as race, religion, gender, disability, age, or national origin;

  • to avoid injury to others, their property, reputation, or employment by false or malicious action

  • to only represent opinions as independent if they are free from subordinated judgment and there is no undisclosed interest in the outcome of the client's decision.

  • to keep the client informed of any matters of interest relating to the contract even if the information is unfavorable, or may jeopardize the contract.

  • to safeguard any confidential information or documents and not divulge any confidential information without the consent of the client.

  • to not take advantage of proprietary information obtained from the client

  • to inform the client of the knowledge of any issues realized, in the course of fulfilling the contract, related to the security of their system(s)
