ESSPro - Effective/Employee Shift Scheduling Program

ESSPro is an automated, customizable shift scheduling program suited for use by employers with multiple work shifts. EssPro is an ideal scheduling solution for 24 hour operations such as food service, hospitality, manufacturing, and customer service. The current program is designed for weekly scheduling but could be adapted to accomodate other time periods.

Features:

Automatic Generation of a weekly schedule based on Employee Availablity and preferences, coverage requirements per shift, and in accordance with Labor Laws
Easy reporting of a backup coverage list. -Employees to call for covering a shift in event of a call-out or emergency
Up to 24 different shifts can be defined to allow for overlapping, swing, or half shifts.
Estimated labor cost report based on weekly schedule
Optionally allow employees to view a read-only copy of their schedule online (the programming has not been completed yet to accomodate this feature)

The PHP and MySQL program is web-based and can be accessed from anywhere on a corporate LAN or through any internet connection if desired.

Options for using the program.

Sign up to start using the program online by sending an email request. For $39.99 a month you can input your data and use the program setup on the t3technet.com server. Get the benefit of program updates being automatically available.
Order a CD to setup the system on your own network for $19.75. The CD includes everything necessary to run the program on your network.
Have the software installed in your own environment. Full custom integration programming and support is available. Contact me for details.
Download the GPL source and set the system up yourself. The source package includes only the EssPRO system source code. PHP, MySQL and a web server, such as Apache, are required to use the software.
